Teams access currently requires setup by People Work Life and your programme administrator. Only explicitly enabled participants in the configured Microsoft tenant can use the bot. Installing the app does not enable access.
If the bot does not reply, contact us to check access. You do not need to sign in to request help. We will confirm whether your programme can be supported.
Email rob@peopleworklife.com for Teams supportInclude your Teams client (desktop, web or mobile), the time of the problem and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, connection codes, invitation links, survey answers or customer records.
Open your invitation in Teams, or choose Open in browser if it will not load. You do not need a MaturityMap practitioner account to answer an invitation. Unsaved answers do not transfer between Teams and the browser. If an assessment is closed, ask the inviting programme administrator for help.
Action check-ins require a MaturityMap account with programme access. Sign in to MaturityMap and open Settings → Microsoft Teams to connect, turn action reminders off or disconnect. Action updates and notes become part of the programme record; they are not private to you.
Disconnecting stops use of that action connection. It does not delete programme history or messages already delivered. Assessment invitations are separate: contact your programme administrator about those messages.

MaturityMap is a culture management platform for transformation leaders and consulting firms — mixed-method maturity assessment across nine culture models, built by People Work Life. Messages go straight to the team that builds and runs it — no ticket queue — and we reply within one business day. It helps to mention your organization, the culture or experience programme you're running, and what you'd like the walkthrough to cover.
